Our team talk

Once a quarter - in the evening, when the last patient has left the practice - we occupy the waiting room and use it for special purposes. The small table comes out, the big table comes in, all suitable for our stately round. The regular meetings with full staff are an important part of our quality management. Exchange and discussion followed by minutes and a to-do list naturally form the professional core of the meeting.

The Italian antipasti (after an extensive foray through the market hall) have been part of the practice tradition for almost 15 years now. Our joint "feast", the opportunity to chat casually after work, being together as a full team are just as important to us as the agenda and distribution of tasks. Let's call it "active company climate care". But really, it doesn't matter. Our team meeting is always a successful evening!
