With the Relaunch of our homepage the programme for making reservations has also Online appointments changed. We are now working with an external provider (ClickDoc) and have separated from the previous booking programme. For many patients who had previously booked their appointments with us online, this must have been very unfamiliar. At first, we were also unfamiliar with our new calendar. But it's like always with new programmes: First you pull your hair out and a short time later you realise the advantages.

My self-attempt at online booking went off without a hitch right away. Less complicated than expected. Once you have set up your own account, it is easy to manage all your appointments. A reminder service is also possible.

The automatic reminder also works for appointments made in the practice or by telephone. The prerequisite is the patient's written declaration of consent. Again, a lot of paperwork, but it's worth it.
