It's been months now since the beautiful picture with the rainbow fell into our hands when we were tidying up the waiting room in the evening. Cheerful, colourful, a bit chaotic - it goes without saying that this is going into our art-in-the-waiting-room gallery.

Who would have thought that a quarter of a year later it would become the Corona consolation picture. The rainbow is a powerful symbol. We all need a little comfort now in these strange times.

We have managed the first week of the tightened shutdown quite well in the practice. Some patients have cancelled their appointments, the practice has become emptier and so we can keep to the distance rules and hygiene regulations. Emergency appointments can be made more quickly than in "normal times" and appointments for the insertion of an IUD are always possible. Prescriptions or referrals can easily be ordered by e-mail or telephone and are sent. We do not even have to read in the insurance card.

All our patients now have to abide by stricter rules and do without an escort to the appointment. Children also have to stay outside. Expectant fathers who cannot support their partner or witness an ultrasound examination are of course also affected. In general, we experience a lot of understanding and cooperation. At this point, many thanks to all of you for this!
Stay healthy!
